Ordering Information
We pride ourselves on getting your order out the next business day, and very often, we get it out the same day. During Holiday periods, though, it can be 2 business days, so please state latest delivery date in COMMENTS box when ordering, and we will advise the best shipping method via email.
If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified when it will be in. You will also receive a personal e-mail from us, letting you know when your order shipped, your total cost, tracking number, and how soon you can expect to see it.

Shipping
We ship all Ground orders via UPS, and do so FREE for orders over $50 (except on TUMI). We do not take responsibility for delayed items due to UPS delivery errors, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

Returns
In an effort to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one, we try to remain as flexible as possible when it comes to our return policies.
You may return, for a full refund, any unused item that is in its original condition and packaging, provided that it has not been monogrammed, within 30 days from the purchase date with the following exceptions:
Any Special ordered products pre-arranged with the customercan only be returned if defective. Should you need more time, please request additional time when you place your order online.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product sold through our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product information as a result of a typographical error, luggagetogo.com maintains the right to cancel or refuse the order. Upon exercising this right, luggagetogo.com will promptly notify the customer of the situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be immediately refunded.
